These Terms govern your use of Burgerater, made by ioloro. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Burgerater.

Your content

You own the ratings, photos, notes, and menu information you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to host, store, use, and display that content to operate and improve Burgerater — including showing it to other users. This license continues after you delete your account; shared content stays on Burgerater, disconnected from you. You're responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Community rules — zero tolerance

Burgerater is a place to share real food. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to impersonate others or spam. You can report content and block users from within the app. We review reports and may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice.

Accuracy of menus and ratings

Ratings, menus, prices, and venue details are user-generated and may be inaccurate or out of date. Burgerater is not affiliated with the restaurants or venues shown, and menu information may not reflect a venue's current offerings or prices. Verify details with the venue.

Intellectual property

The Burgerater name, app, and design are owned by ioloro. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ioloro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
